Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Gentlegel purchase; but if you’re not, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-priced orders within 30 days of fulfilment. We do not offer returns on sale items.

Please email your details and order number to support@gentlegel.co.za and we’ll assist you with your exchange / return.

Your item needs to be returned to us unused and in its original condition inside the original packaging. Once your item has been given the thumbs up by our once-over department, we will process your refund.
